The rules governing your use of Familia-Chores.
The Service includes family membership, role-based permissions, chore assignment and completion tracking, and optional XP/level features. Certain actions are restricted by role-based access controls.
The Service may send push notifications (for example, assignment and status updates). You can manage notification settings on your device, but disabling notifications may reduce core feature visibility.
The Service, including software, design, and content provided by us, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in our Service.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or if necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post updated Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your operating jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local law.
